This incredible remodel not only improved overall functionality, but it also brightened up every part of this home.
The kitchen was gutted and the new design gave our client significantly more counter space including a new island and a wall was removed to open the space into the dining area. We installed all new custom cabinets, quartz countertops with miter edges on the island. RBR-Total Home Remodeling removed and replaced a dated garden window above the sink along with replacing the window in the kitchen nook and in the bathroom for a more integrated look and feel with other windows in the home.
Furthermore, we replaced all of the floor tile in the kitchen and bathroom with wood flooring and tied into the existing hardwood. The existing flooring, including the stairs leading to the second story, were sanded and restored. We installed Luxury Vinyl in the family room. Finally, the RBR crew installed all new doors and trim throughout the first floor and built a new bench in the breakfast nook for improved seating.
